The company registration number is 7015396, VAT number is 100 6855 44 and registered office is 22 Yvon House, Alexandra Avenue, London SW11 4GA.  Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase Goods and/or Products indicated by you and it is not binding on us until we have notified you that an order is accepted. Returns & Replacements
 
Collective guarantee: We stand by the products we make. We believe in quality and we will not be happy until you are. If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 3 weeks of receipt. We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in perfect condition and sent back in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to return or exchange an item: Please write on the reverse of your despatch note, clearly indicating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Please then reseal the item in its original packaging and return your parcel to us at:

We advise all customers to return goods via recorded delivery and to keep the proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We advise that returns are sent at your own expense. All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and may take up to 21 days to process.
