*Please Note: Orders placed before 12pm, Monday – Thursday will be delivered the following day. All deliveries sent via the Express service will require a signature upon delivery and will be delivered between the working hours of 9am and 6pm. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday afternoon, over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day. I.e. If you place your order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend on the Express Service, your order will not be processed until the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver Express Service orders on Saturdays.

Returns and Refunds

Collective garments are made with a great level of care and attention to detail and we always strive to exceed your expectations. If however you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer an exchange or refund, provided it is within 7 days of receipt, in its unworn condition complete with tags still attached and in its original packaging. If you would like to exchange your item(s), please note a delivery charge will be payable for your new items.

We regret that items received after this time period will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.You will find a Returns Note with your goods, please make sure that you include a completed Returns Note with the items you wish to return. Items must be returned to the address supplied and will only be accepted with a Returns Note.

We do our best to issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of returned items, however, please note in some cases it can take up to 21 days for sums to be credited to your account.

Please note we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you send items back via Royal Mail special delivery or a similar service that requires a signature.
